    • A technician will come to you and say “I can’t repair this” and you will pay for the call and look for another company.
  • How much do you charge for your services call?

    It costs $110.00 for our technician to come in. The Service Call also includes diagnostics and a price quote for the repair. If you choose to have your appliance repaired you will not have to pay for the Service Call, it will not be included in the final price.

  • Guarantee?

    The repair work is backed by a 90 day guarantee. The warranty for the parts is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • What is your labor rate?

    The cost of labor for appliance repairs is determined by industry standards. The amount you pay will depend on the appliance and the repair required. Generally, you can expect to pay between $230 and $370 plus tax for most repairs. More complex repairs may cost up to $640 or more.

  • What is the process for setting your prices?

    We use industry standards to determine our prices. We refer to The Original Blue Book, Major Appliance Job Rate Guide® or the “Appliance Blue Book”, formerly known as MASPG – The Major Appliance Service National Price Guide, to calculate labor costs. We strive to offer competitive rates to our customers, so we usually charge 24% less than the standard rates. Additionally, we charge a flat service fee at the time of your appointment, which is waived if you choose to complete the repair with us.

If your dryer is not heating, washer not spinning, or if your refrigerator is not cooling, it is recommended that you contact an appliance repair company. Regular maintenance and keeping an eye out for any signs of wear and tear can help prevent more expensive repairs in the future.

  • Is it necessary for me to be at my residence during my scheduled appointment?

    Yes, it is necessary for you to be at your home when our technicians arrive. We need someone to be there to let them in. We ask that you are present during the entire appointment. If you are unable to be there, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule for a more suitable time.

  • Does the cost of repair include the service fee?

    The technician will diagnose your appliance to determine the cause of the problem. After the diagnosis is complete, you will be given an estimate for the labor and parts. If you decide to have us do the repair, the service call fee will be included in the cost.

  • Does EasyFix buy both used and new appliances?

    EasyFix does not buy any appliances; we only provide repair services.
